Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1 pineapple
  • 500 grams cabbage, White
  • 1 cup corn
  • 250 grams raisin
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 potato, boiled, for mayonnaise
  • 1 cup skim milk, for mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cups oil
  • to taste salt, and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 cup Water

Preparation

Previously washed the cabbage, chop it finely in julienne. Chop the pineapple, the heart removed.
In a pan, place the water with the sugar and the pineapple cook until caramelized.
To make the vegetarian mayonnaise, place the cooked potato cut into 4 parts in the blender, add the milk and start incorporating the oil in a thread to avoid cutting it, add pepper salt and a touch of vinegar. The oil is to lift it a little.
