A very rich salad with potatoes, peas, ham, egg accompanied by a dressing of olive oil and lemon that gives a touch of acidity and delicious. It is a fresh salad that you can eat at any time of the year because it also has simple ingredients to find anywhere.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 potatoes, boiled and peeled
  • 2 cups fresh pea
  • 2 eggs, Hard
  • 4 slices Serrano ham
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • to taste black pepper, to taste

Preparation

In a hot pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, cook the peas with 1 cup of water and cook for 15 minutes or until they are tender. Get out of the fire.
Cut the potatoes, the hard-boiled egg into cubes and pour into a large bowl.
Add the peas and mix without crushing the potatoes.
In a small bowl, mix lemon juice with salt, pepper and add olive oil.
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.

PRESENTATION

Serve in individual glass dishes and decorate each salad with the slice of rolled serrano ham.

TIPS
