For the dressing, in a bowl mix the sour cream with the yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and garlic powder; season with salt and pepper. Set aside. Place the cooked potato, canned pineapple, celery, and onion in a bowl, pour in the dressing and mix; add the walnut, adjust the seasoning, and mix again.
