Ingredients: water; 2 cups potato, in medium cubes; 1 cup onion, finely chopped; 1 cup tomato, in medium cubes; 1/2 cups green olives, in slices; 1 cup canned tuna, drained; 1/4 cups lime juice; salt; pepper; 1/2 cups olive oil; 1 cup avocado, in cubes, for garnish; 1 egg, hard-boiled, sliced, for garnish

Boil enough salted water in a pot, cook the potatoes for about 10 minutes, and make sure they are well cooked but firm. Remove from heat, drain, and let cool. Mix the cooked potatoes, tomato, olives, and tuna in a bowl, then add the lemon juice, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Combine all the ingredients well.
