Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 cup olive
  • 1/2 cups shrimp, cooked, to decorate
  • 1 cup Libanius® chipotle and coriander hummus

Preparation

In a large pot with water, put the potatoes and cook until they are soft. When ready, take out and let cool.
Some machácalas potatoes and others only picalas in small squares. Similarly, chop the red pepper into strips and mix in a bowl with all the potatoes and olives.
Add the Hummus Chipotle and make a mixture with all the ingredients.
To give a better presentation, you can put your mixture in a mold for gelatin, refrigerate it for a few hours and empty. Decorate with shrimp.
