Ingredients: 4 potatoes; 1 bell pepper; 1 cup olives; 1/2 cups shrimp, cooked, for decoration; 1 cup Libanius® chipotle and coriander hummus

In a large pot with water, add the potatoes and cook until they are soft. Once ready, remove and let cool. Some potatoes, mash them and others just chop them into small cubes. Similarly, chop the bell pepper into strips and mix in a bowl along with all the potatoes and olives.
