Ingredients

  • 2 artichoke
  • 1/4 of Cup of lemon juice with 4 cups of water
  • 1/4 of Cup of lemon juice
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt

Preparation

Place a bowl with the water with lemon juice next to a cutting board.
Cut the artichokes by removing the hard leaves from the outside and peeling the hard parts. Cut the artichoke in half and remove all the hairs from the middle, leaving for the salad only the soft and tender leaves and the heart.
Cut the artichokes into strips and place in the water with lemon so that they do not put coffee.
