This Paris salad is delicious and low in fat, a very rich option if you want to take care of yourself. Besides that it is very complete for all the vegetables that it has, it has the creamy part of the cheese and the spices of the vinaigrette, it is very easy to prepare.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1 Romaine lettuce
  • 1 bunch spinach, raw
  • 1 bunch arugula
  • 50 grams goat cheese, in squares
  • 50 grams panela cheese, in squares
  • 3 tomatoes, in squares (without the seeds)
  • 1/2 cups mushroom, in slices
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • to taste salt, and pepper
  • 1/4 cups walnut, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground oregano

Preparation

Mix all the washed and disinfected vegetables in a salad bowl.
Add the cheeses and the chopped walnut.
For the vinaigrette mix olive oil, vinegar and oregano, season with salt and pepper.
Serve with the dressing aside. It must be mixed well immediately before serving.

TIPS

You can add shredded chicken or serrano ham, taking into account that it increases in amount of fat.
