A delicious and nutritious salad. If you like Serrano ham you will love this creation. It is a very complete recipe because it has flavor, a lot of color and an aroma that you can resist.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 2 cups cherry tomato, if it has colors better
  • 12 cambray onion, roasts cut into halves
  • 1 cup european lettuce
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • black pepper
  • 300 grams cured ham

Preparation

In a deep bowl mix the peppers, tomatoes, lettuce and onions.
In another deep but small bowl mix the olive oil, the vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
Add the vinaigrette to the salad and mix well.
Arrange each salad on a single plate.
In a pan cook the crashed eggs and remove from the heat once the egg white is well cooked but the yolk is still liquid. Put 1 egg on each salad.
Arrange the slices of Serrano ham over the salad and serve.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate the dish with a reduction of balsamic vinegar.
