This salad of cranberries, walnuts and goat cheese is a perfect combination of ingredients.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 lettuce
  • 80 grams walnut
  • 150 grams goat cheese
  • 80 cranberries

Preparation

Put the cheese in the fridge and remove it just when you are going to cut it. Cut it with a bread knife and soak it in water so that it does not stick and do not break the cheese.
Mix the lettuce with the blueberries and walnuts, reserving some for the decoration.
Put the mixture in the salad bowl and top with the nuts and blueberries you reserved and the slices of goat cheese.
