Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 1 cup Mint leaf, disinfected
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cups granulated sugar, Splenda
  • 2 zucchini, medium and washed
  • 3 branches celery, disinfected
  • 1 avocado, medium
  • 1 package goat cheese, natural
  • 6 cups lettuce, organic

Preparation

For the Mint and Lemon Seasoning: Mix the first 6 ingredients well in a blender
Cut the zucchini into thin slices
Slicing celery and avocado
Crumble the goat cheese
Manually cut the lettuce into strips and mix it with the Mint and Lemon dressing until well covered
Add the zucchini, celery and avocado and a little more dressing

PRESENTATION

Serve in a salad bowl and sprinkle with the goat cheese, crumbled

TIPS

Crumble the cheese when it is fresh from the refigerator so that the pieces are smaller
