Salad with seasonal fruits, for any occasion. This is a very versatile recipe because you can put the mixture of the fruit that you like with Serrano ham, blue cheese, cream cheese, sesame and dressing. A perfect option to eat something fresh and light.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 Romaine lettuce
  • 100 grams fruit, of chopped season
  • 100 grams Serrano ham, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seed, caramelized
  • 100 grams blue cheese
  • 100 grams cream cheese
  • to taste dressing, raspberry

Preparation

Mix the cream cheese with the blue cheese, since they are well mixed you have balls with the mass of medium size.
