Preparation
Cook the bacon in a pan until it is crispy, remove it from the pan with tongs and put it on a paper towels to absorb the fat, then break it into small pieces.
Toast the nuts in a pan for 3 minutes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Then put them also on a kitchen towel, salpimentar and cut into pieces.
In a small container mix the 3 tablespoons of remaining oil and the vinegar with a balloon beater to emulsify. Put salt and pepper.
Spinach leaves wash, dry and split if necessary. Mix with bacon, half walnut and dressing. Put on pieces of cheese and the rest of the nut.
