A rich and fresh salad of strawberries, kiwi and basil in a beautiful presentation.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 cups of Strawberry disinfected, washed and cut in half
  • 3 pieces of Kiwi peeled and cut into cubes
  • 2 spoonfuls of basil
  • 1/4 of Cup of cream
  • 2 spoonfuls of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 piece of orange peeled and in segments
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1/4 of tablespoon of Salt
  • 4 pieces of Orange zest to serve the dish

    Preparation

    In a deep bowl mix cream, vinegar, sugar, and salt.
    Add the orange segments, the kiwi and the strawberries and mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
    Just before serving add the basil, mix and serve in the orange peels.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the salad in orange peels and garnish with fresh basil.

    TIPS

    This salad can also work as a healthy dessert.
