Salad, strawberry, peach and pineapple, rich and nutritious to enjoy in hot weather.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 cups strawberry, cut in quarters
  • 2 cups pineapple, natural in strips
  • 4 peaches in syrup, cut into strips
  • 1 gram walnut, chopped
  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 goat cheese, (natural)
  • 1/4 cups dehydrated cranberry

Preparation

Wash and cut the strawberries in quarters, wash and cut the pineapple into small strips, wash and cut into pieces the lettuce, cut the peaches into small pieces, chop the nut.
Put a bed of lettuce, serve the strawberry, peach, pineapple and walnut.
In pieces or uncovered put the goat cheese on top.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a platter with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste. Accompany with a glass of red wine and toasted rye bread.

TIPS

You can substitute goat cheese for panela. The nut can be substituted for toasted almond and without peel.
