Enjoy this cold surimi salad, perfect for Lent or for any family time. This mayonnaise surimi salad recipe is an easy option to prepare and very practical, in addition to being very versatile, because although it has carrots and cucumbers, you can also prepare it with other ingredients, such as jicama or lettuce. Accompany it with toast or cookies, you'll love it!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cups sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle chili
  • 1 tablespoon English sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sauce, seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cups surimi, cut into medium cubes
  • 1/4 cups tomtato, diced
  • 1/2 cups carrot, cut in half moons
  • 1/2 cups cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cups red onion, cut into strips
  • 1/4 cups celery, diced
  • 1/4 cups parsley, finely chopped
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • enough cuaresmeño or jalapeño pepper, diced, to decorate

Preparation

Blend mayonnaise with cream, chipotle pepper, seasoning sauce, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice until completely incorporated.
In a bowl mix the surimi, the tomato, the carrot, the cucumber, the purple onion, the celery and the parsley; add the smoothie, season with salt and pepper and add completely.
Serve in a bowl and decorate with diced chili. Enjoy!

PRESENTATION

Serve on a plate and decorate with Cuaresmeño pepper.

TIPS

Chill the salad very well before serving. Add pineapple to give it a sweet touch.
