This simple recipe is fresh for summer days and light for those who care for your figure. Where the dressing will be as light as you want it using the low fat versions, when preparing it at home.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 red peppers
  • 2 sticks surimi
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, low fat
  • 1 tablespoon cream, low fat
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoons pickle, sweet, passed by the processor
  • 1 drizzle English sauce
  • 1 fist crouton, (optional)
  • 1 can baby corn, yellow
  • fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • red onions, finely chopped

Preparation

Place on the plate a bed of lettuce, on this we will put the crushed surimi bars and the pepper cut small julienne, purple onion and elotitos. Add croutons if desired.
For the dressing, mix the mayonnaise, the cream, the ketchup, the English sauce (a little touch to taste) and the processed pickles.
Pour the dressing as much as you like on our salad.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with cilantro.
