Place on the plate a bed of lettuce, on this we will put the crushed surimi bars and the pepper cut small julienne, purple onion and elotitos. Add croutons if desired.
For the dressing, mix the mayonnaise, the cream, the ketchup, the English sauce (a little touch to taste) and the processed pickles.
Pour the dressing as much as you like on our salad.
