Ingredients

2 portions
  • 500 grams chicken breast
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/4 cups honey
  • 1/2 cups almond, chopped
  • 1/4 cups coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • spray oil, to grease
  • spray oil, for the pineapple
  • 1/2 cups pineapple, sliced
  • 1 bag Teriyaki Wok Eva®
  • 1/2 cups cucumber, Persian in half moons
  • 1/2 cups cherry tomato, in halves
  • 1/2 avocados, in sheets

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Season the chicken breast and brush it with honey until it is completely covered.
In an extended plate mix the almonds with the coriander, the garlic powder, the salt and the pepper until integrated. Then place the breast on top of the almond mixture and press with your hand to make it adhere to the breast.
On a tray greased with cooking spray, place the breast with an almond crust, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes at 180 ° C. Remove from the oven, remove the foil and bake again for 8 more minutes. Once the time has elapsed, remove from the oven and cut into thick slices, you will notice how crunchy it was. Reservation.
Spray cooking spray on a very hot grill, place the pineapple slices and grill for 5 minutes total and turn half the time. Reservation.
In a deep frying pan or a wok over medium heat, sauté the contents of the Teriyaki Wok Eva® bag ready to cook, mix without stopping moving, add the teriyaki sauce that includes the Teriyaki Wok Eva® bag and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Serve the salad on a plate, place the chicken in an almond crust on top and to one side, the pineapple slices, add Persian cucumber, cherry tomato and avocado and your salad is ready to eat.

PRESENTATION

Place the ingredients in a bowl so that each one is visible. Accompany with avocado to taste.

TIPS

If the breast begins to dry out while you bake it, you can add a little more oil or water to give it liquid, for this reason make sure that the tray where you cook it is slightly deep.
