This carrot salad has a different and delicious flavor. Since Thai cuisine is characterized by spicy and sweet flavors. It is a salad that its flavor will conquer everyone at home; prepare it.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 6 carrots medium
  • 1 tablespoon of canola oil
  • 2 spoonfuls of Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoonful of brown sugar
  • 2 spoonfuls of lemon juice
  • 1/4 of Cup of coriander
  • 1 jalapeno pepper

    Preparation

    Peel and grate the carrots in strips throughout. Chop the cilantro a little. Chop the jalapeño pepper. Put all this in a salad bowl.
    To prepare the dressing: mix oil, lemon juice, fish sauce and sugar. Mix to dissolve the sugar. Add to the carrots and stir. You can add salt and pepper or more chili if desired.

    TIPS

    This carrot salad can very well accompany a roast beef.
