Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 tomatoes, round medium
  • 2 cups panela cheese
  • leaves basil
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 lemons

Preparation

Slice the tomatoes into thin slices. with a saw knife.
