Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2/3 cups olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup basil, fresh cut into strips
  • 250 grams brie cheese, cut into cubes
  • 4 tomatoes, cut into cubes

Preparation

Mix the first 5 ingredients.
Add the other ingredients, leave covered 2 hours and serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a large salad bowl.
