Ingredients

4 portions
  • 6 tomatoes, fresh seedless cut into cubes
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoons baharat
  • 1/4 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 red onions, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Preparation

Place the tomato in a medium bowl.
To make the dressing, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, peppers, and salt in a bowl.
Add the onion to the tomato and the dressing and mix well.

PRESENTATION

Serve in individual plates and garnish with the chopped parsley.
