Preparation
Put the oil, vinegar, garlic and oregano in a jar and shake well. Season with salt and pepper
Combine in a salad bowl the cucumber slices, the tomatoes cut in 4, the olives, the cheese cut into large squares and sprinkle with the lemon juice.
Add the dressing and stir well and check if you need more salt and pepper. Put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to enhance the flavor.
