Ingredients: 400 grams tuna loin; 1/2 cups black sesame seeds; 1/2 cups sesame seeds; sesame oil, to sear the tuna; 1 cup honey; 1/2 cups red wine vinegar, for the vinaigrette; 1/2 cups Jumex® Unique Fresh Orange Juice, for the vinaigrette; 1/2 cups olive oil, for the vinaigrette; 3 tablespoons sugar, for the vinaigrette; salt, for the vinaigrette; pepper, for the vinaigrette; 3 cups butterhead lettuce; 1 cup cucumber, in thin slices; 1/2 cups parsley, in leaves; radish, in thin slices; orange, in supremes; goat cheese, crumbled

Place the honey on one plate and the two types of sesame seeds on another. First dip the tuna in the honey and then onto the plate with the sesame seeds to coat it completely. In a pan, heat the sesame oil and sear the tuna for 3 minutes on each side; set aside on a plate with paper towels.
