Preparation
For the vinaigrette, liquefy the lemon juice, sesame oil, canola oil, honey, salt and pepper until it is a homogeneous mixture. Reservation.
In a bowl mix the natural tuna, with the pineapple, and the avocado and garnish with the vinaigrette perfectly well so that they obtain a bright color.
Serve the preparation of the bowl in a dish interspersed with fresh lettuce. Add a little sesame seeds to finish.
