Ingredients: 1 cup onion, in small squares; 2 cups tomato, in cubes; 2 cloves garlic; 1 pickled chiles, in small cubes; 3 cups nopal, in small squares; 2 cans tuna; 1/2 cups fresh cilantro, chopped; 1 avocado; 1 teaspoon olive oil; saltine crackers, or tostadas; 1/2 onions, whole

Bring 4 cups of water to a boil, once it starts boiling add the diced nopal, 1/2 whole onion, and 2 cloves of garlic. Let it cook for 10 minutes. Once cooked, drain and rinse them. Set aside.
