Ingredients: 250 grams pasta, cooked (can be whole grain); 1/4 cups mayonnaise; 1/4 cups plain yogurt, low-fat; 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, (and 1 teaspoon); 2 cans tuna; 4 sprigs celery, chopped; 15 cherry tomatoes, 1 or 2 tomatoes diced; 2/3 cups peas, frozen; 2 tablespoons red onion, chopped; salt, to taste; pepper, to taste

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water for 30 seconds. Mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, and vinegar with a fork. Season with salt and pepper.
