The tuna salpicón is a fresh salad recipe to enjoy in summer. We present you a different way of eating tuna. Perfect as a snack or as a main course. A way for the little ones in the house to start consuming vegetables.

Ingredients

3 portions
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 2 tomatoes, filleted
  • 1/2 onions, finely cut
  • 1 cucumber, shelled, seeded and cut into half moons
  • 1 cup olive, slice
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 romaine lettuces, filleted
  • olive oils, to taste
  • vinegars, necessary amount
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • tostadas corn, necessary amount

Preparation

Wash and disinfect the lettuce, cut the ingredients and put them in a bowl.
Drain the cans of tuna and add, leave the avocado for last, stir all the ingredients and at the end put the avocado so that it does not become guacamole, season and rectify the flavor.

PRESENTATION

Serve on toast or individual plates and garnish with toast and pickled jalapeno peppers.

TIPS

Let stand for 30 minutes so that the flavors mix well.
