Ingredients: 400 grams Oaxaca cheese, cut into cubes; 1 butterhead lettuce, washed and disinfected; 1/8 white cabbages, washed and disinfected; 1 can ear corn, yellow, drained; 2 tomatoes, large, washed and cut into quarters and eighths; 3 lime juice; 6 tablespoons olive oil; salt, and pepper to taste

Tear the cabbage and lettuce leaves by hand and place them in a bowl along with all the ingredients except the Oaxaca cheese, which will only be used as a decoration at the time of serving. Mix all the ingredients in the bowl and they will be ready to serve.
