Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams fusilli type pasta
  • 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon
  • 200 milliliters liquid cream
  • 250 grams blue cheese
  • 50 grams walnut, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons chives, finely chopped
  • 2 cups spinach, tender
  • 200 grams cherry tomato, matches in four
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Prepare the pasta as indicated in the package by adding the chicken powder consommé to the cooking water of the pasta. Once it is ready, drain and reserve.
While the pasta is cooking, pour the cream and half the cheese into a saucepan. Add pepper and heat over low heat until the cheese melts. Keep the sauce warm.
Pour the cream over the hot pasta, add the nuts, the rest of the cheese, chives, spinach and the cherry tomatoes.

PRESENTATION

Mix and serve immediately.

TIPS

If you want to have a stronger flavor you can substitute spinach for arugula.
