The sweet potato is very rich, however sometimes we do not know how to use it. I propose a new way of eating that is original and delicious. Ideal for autumn days.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/4 of Cup of nut chopped
  • 3 spoonfuls of Maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 spoonfuls of White vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
  • 5 cups of Spring mix lettuce washed and disinfected
  • 500 grams of sweet potato Cooked
  • 1/4 of Cup of Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 drizzle of olive oil

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 210 ° C.
    Place the nuts in a tray and bake 5 minutes or until they release the aroma. Reservation.
    Beat the syrup, vinegar and mustard in a salad bowl.
    Add the lettuces.
    Stir well and divide into four dishes.
