These rice noodles are widely used in Asian food and can be prepared in many ways, this recipe is rich and extremely versatile. With this base you can prepare the way and with the vegetables you want.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 450 grams rice noodles
  • salt
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoons fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seed, toasted
  • 4 tablespoons peanut, toasted, crushed

Preparation

Put water to boil in a large saucepan, add 1 teaspoon of salt and turn off. Add the rice noodle, with the flame off, move gently, leave it there for 10 to 15 minutes or let it be soft. Strain.
Mix vinegar, lemon juice and sugar in a small bowl, taste and season with salt. Add the cilantro and sesame seeds. Put this mixture on the rice noodles, stir well. Divide into 4 plates and sprinkle with peanuts. Serve with lemon slices.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with cilantro and serve with vegetables to taste.

TIPS

It can be served in oriental deep bowls and eat with chopsticks.
