Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup black bean
  • 1/4 onions, for beans
  • 1 clove garlic, for beans
  • 1 cup nopal
  • 1/4 cups red onion
  • 1/4 cups fresh coriander
  • 1/4 cups tomtato
  • 3 chili peppers
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Cook the black beans with garlic, onion and salt to taste.
Cook nopales for 5 minutes in 1/2 cup of water.
Chop the other ingredients in squares.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients.
Add the lemon juice and salt.
