Delicious salad for summer days super easy and healthy, is prepared with black beans, nopales, onion, cilantro, lemon juice and seasoned to taste. It is perfect to eat alone or to accompany the dishes that you like.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup black beans
  • 1/4 onions, for beans
  • 1 clove garlic, for beans
  • 1 cup nopal
  • 1/4 cups red onion
  • 1/4 cups fresh coriander
  • 1/4 cups tomtato
  • 3 chiles
  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Cook the black beans with garlic, onion and salt to taste.
Cook nopales for 5 minutes in 1/2 cup of water.
Chop the other ingredients in squares.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients.
Add the lemon juice and salt.
