Preparation
Boil 2 liters of water with salt. When it boils, add the pasta. It is recommended to cook them for 7 to 8 minutes so that they remain al dente. Add 3 large bay leaves to the boiling water. When cooked, drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking. Allow to drain perfectly in a colander and reserve.
In the blender put the cream, the cream cheese and the white wine. Blend until the ingredients are perfectly integrated. If necessary, stop the blender and mix with spoon or stick.
Put to heat a pot and put a spoonful of butter. When it is melted, add the garlic and onion to the oil, over medium heat and stir constantly so they do not burn. Once the onion is transparent, add a handful of fine herbs, ground in the palm of the hand until they are powder. Leave a minute Then add the cream, cheese and wine mixture. Move constantly and let it reduce for 5 minutes. After this time, remove the pot from the fire and reserve.
In another pot put 2 cups of water to boil with the tablespoon of chicken powder broth. Once it boils, add the frozen vegetables and cook according to instructions. Once cooked, drain and add warm water to stop cooking. immediately after, let it drain in a colander
In a pan, put to heat a tablespoon of butter and another handful of fine herbs. Once melted, add the shrimp and fry for a couple of minutes. Pass to a napkin so that it absorbs the excess oil.
In a large bowl put the pasta, add the shrimp and vegetables. Stir with spoon. Add the dressing at the time of serving.
