  • avocados
  • lettuce
  • 1 tomtato
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 canned tuna
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 potato
  • 10 peas
  • 5 mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seed

Preparation

Prepare a salad with tuna, vegetables (carrot, potato, peas, mayonnaise) part by half your avocados and stuffed with the salad.
