We blend the spinach with a little water. We serve it and use that water to prepare the rice, adding garlic and salt. Separately, we prepare the tomatoes, removing the pulp and leaving only the tomato shell. We fill the tomatoes with the green rice, add a little parmesan cheese, and bake them for 8 minutes.
