Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup lentil
  • 2 cups Vegetables soup
  • 1/4 cups soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons raw sugar
  • 4 carrots, cut into slices
  • 2 beets
  • 1 onion, cut into strips
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a saucepan over low heat cook the lentils with the vegetable broth, salt and pepper cook until they are cooked. Reservation.
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce with the mashed sugar. Reservation.
