If you like cress, be sure to try this recipe because you can make a nutritious salad of very rich watercress.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 beets, big
  • 1 jicama, big
  • 1 bunch watercress
  • 2 tangerines, (the segments)
  • 1 cucumber, in slices
  • 400 grams chicken, cooked and diced
  • 1/2 cups lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons basil, finely chopped
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • salt, and pepper

Preparation

Peel the beets and the jicama and cut into squares.
Mix with watercress, tangerine, cucumber and chicken.
Make a vinaigrette by liquefying the lemon, vinegar, garlic, basil, salt and pepper.
When they are well mixed, the oil is poured little by little, and with this the salad is washed and served.

buena no se que es betabel ni jicama deben ponerle aunque sea 2 nombres de cada legumbre recuerden muchos tienen nombres distintos entre paises

Me gusta, los berros tiene un valor muy alto en hierro Me gusta se ve que queda muy rica, solo le quitaría el betabel ya que es muy alto en azúcar, ya que padezco de diabetes.
