Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 branch celery
  • 1 cup White cabbage, chopped
  • 1 beet
  • 1 carrot, big
  • 12 large olives
  • 125 grams bean, mung germinated
  • 1 branch peppermint
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, Virgin
  • 1 pinch sea ​​salt, unrefined
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Preparation

Finely chop the celery branch with its leaves. Subsequently, the cabbage, beet and carrot are grated using a coarse grater.
Chopped parsley and mint leaves. Then carefully mix all these ingredients and the black olives with the green soybean sprouts.
It is seasoned, to taste, with a splash of oil, salt and a pinch of pepper.
