Ingredients: 2 zucchinis, large, in thin strips; 1 green apple, peeled and sliced; 1 red apple, peeled and sliced; 3/4 cups pomegranate; 1/2 cups walnuts, chopped; 1/4 cups peppermint; 1 tablespoon Nutrioli® Anti-Drip Oil; 1/4 cups balsamic vinegar, for the vinaigrette; 1 tablespoon honey, for the vinaigrette; 1 lime, only the juice, for the vinaigrette; 1 clove garlic, small, crushed; 1/4 cups Oli from Nutrioli®; salt; pepper

Add Nutrioli® Drip-Free Oil to a pan, place the zucchini, and cook for approximately 3 minutes. Set aside. Place the apples, walnuts, mint leaves, pomegranate, and cold zucchini in a bowl or salad bowl. Stir and set aside.
