Ingredients: 1 pinch salt; 1 teaspoon piquín chile; 1 teaspoon mustard; 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce; 1/4 cups water; 1/2 cups brown sugar; 1/2 cups white vinegar; 1 can tomato; 2 cloves garlic; 1 onion; 1 pinch pepper

In a medium pot, mix all the ingredients and cook over medium heat until it boils. Continue cooking the sauce for 10 minutes and remove from heat. Blend in 3 batches (to prevent the blender from exploding) with the vent open. Strain the sauce and use it to coat ribs or chicken wings.
