Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 teaspoonful of pequin pepper
  • 1 teaspoonful of mustard
  • 3 spoonfuls of English sauce
  • 1/4 of Cup of Water
  • 1/2 Cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 Cup of White vinegar
  • 1 can of tomato
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

    Preparation

    In a medium saucepan, mix all the ingredients and cook over medium heat and bring it to boil.
    Continue cooking the sauce for 10 minutes and remove from heat.
    Blend in 3 portions (so that the blender does not overflow) and with open ventilation.
    Strain the sauce and use to pour over ribs or chicken wings.

    TIPS

    Refrigerate the sauce in a glass oven proof dish with a lid, this will keep good up to 1 month.

    Supongo que cuando dice "Baches", se refiere a licuar por partes y no todo junto, para no forzar la licuadora.. .
