Preparation
Stir the sugar with the water in a saucepan over low heat. Leave until this color amber (without moving!).
Cover to dissolve the sugar crystals for 1 minute.
Remove the pot from the heat and add the butter and the evaporated milk.
Return the mixture to the fire until they dissolve and mix the ingredients.
