Ingredients: 2 cups sunflower oil; 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped; 1/2 cups sesame seeds; 1/2 cups sunflower seeds; 1 1/2 cups cascabel chile, cleaned, cut into small pieces; 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar; 2 tablespoons piloncillo, grated; 1 tablespoon sea salt; 1 jar McCormick® mayonnaise, Monterrey Tigers, empty and clean, 390 g capacity

Heat a small pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil, sauté the garlic and sesame; add the sunflower seeds and continue frying. Add the chiles and sauté for one minute, add the apple cider vinegar and wait for it to reduce (about 1 minute), add the rest of the oil, the piloncillo, and the sea salt, lower the heat to minimum and cook for 30 minutes.
