In a saucepan, boil the water and add the hibiscus flowers, let it cook for 3 minutes. Let it cool and set aside. In a blender, add the hibiscus flowers, onion, garlic, balsamic vinegar, adobo chipotle, add a bit of the cooking water from the hibiscus, and blend.
