Preparation
Put a comal over medium heat and sauté the tomatoes until their skin is slightly burned. (Approximately 10 minutes)
Remove from the oven, peel your skin and cut into cubes.
In a large bowl, mix the tomato, onion, cilantro, lemon juice, oil, garlic, chipotle and salt.
If you want you can use the sauce as well or if you want a sauce without lumps you can liquefy it and strain it.
