Ingredients: 2 tablespoons butter; 1 cup onion, quartered; 2 cups red apple, peeled and cored; 1/2 cups Strongbow® Gold Apple; 1 cinnamon stick; 2 cloves; 1/2 cups whipping cream; salt; pepper; chicken breast, baked, to serve the dressing; thyme, fresh, for garnish; golden apple, slice, for garnish

Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, then add the onion and cook for 5 minutes or until it changes color. Add the apple to the same pot and cook for 5 more minutes. Then pour in the Strongbow® Gold Apple, add the cinnamon, the clove, and let reduce for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
