This delicious picosita sauce is perfect to accompany a dish based on chicken, fish and meat. It is so rich that you can practically mix it with everything. Choose the dish that you like and add it with the flavor of goat cheese, egg and tomato that this sauce has.

Ingredients

3 portions
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 30 grams goat cheese
  • 2 Green Chiles
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 branch epazote

Preparation

In a frying pan or a comal roast chiles and tomatoes. Grind them and reserve. Cut the cheese into small cubes.
In a bowl beat the eggs with a little salt.
In a frying pan, add the oil and add the beaten eggs. Once they are fried, add the sauce, then the cheese cubes and the epazote sprig. Let it boil and serve.
