Ingredients

1 portion
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic, Crushed
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • salt, and pepper to taste

Preparation

In a small bowl add all the ingredients, except olive oil.
Add the olive oil in a thin and constant thread and take care not to stop stirring. Season with salt and pepper.
