Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, no sugar, no salt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon honey, or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, finely crushed
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil, or grape seed
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil, of toasted seeds

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the rice vinegar, lemon juice, honey, ginger, soy sauce and oils.
Before serving on any salad, mix again to emulsify the ingredients well.
