Season your salads with this delicious Cilantro and Jalapeño Vinaigrette. Enjoy the acidity that this seasoning has for lemon juice, vinegar and chili. We also added nuts like pumpkin seed to give it a little consistency and an even richer flavor. TThis Cilantro and Jalapeño Vinaigrette is perfect to accompany a mix of lettuce or a salad with tomato. You can also use it to season a salad of pickled nopales. Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1/4 of Cup of lemon juice
  • 2 spoonfuls of White vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of agave honey
  • 1/4 of Cup of coriander
  • 1 clove of garlic roast
  • 1 piece of jalapeno pepper roast
  • 3 spoonfuls of pumpkin seed grilled
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1 Cup of avocado oil

    Preparation

    Blend lemon juice with white vinegar, honey, cilantro, roasted garlic, roasted jalapeño pepper, grilled nugget, salt and pepper. Add the oil in the slowly in a thin stream, continuing to blend until emulsified.
    Serve in a jar and keep refrigerated.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve your vinaigrette in a glass jar with a lid.

    TIPS

    The vinaigrette is always prepared with a base of 1 portion of acid for 3 portions of oil, it all depends on the type of acid you use, either citrus or vinegar or both.
